If your "headphone" is connected to your computer either through cable or bluetooth, Teams will display them to you, the same with your Video device, if you're connecting through a laptop, normally. Tap Join to start the meeting, set your audio and video options, and select Join now to enter the meeting as host. Note: If you don't want to have users enter the meeting's lobby before they're able to join, disable it by tapping Meeting participants, Meeting options, and select Everyone for Who can bypass the lobby in the dropdown. Open Outlook and switch to the calendar view. Select New Teams Meeting at the top of the view. Note: Even if you begin by selecting New Meeting or New Appointment, you can make it a Teams meeting by selecting Teams Meeting at the top of the new event form.
